Aaarrgggllll!!
Thanks to recent bomb threats I've just managed to get home after travelling for 36 hours:cry:
We finally arrived at Stansted airport at 05.00 on Sunday morning, only to discover that our flight to Glasgow had been cancelled.
Ryanair told us they didn't know the reason for this and since they don't deal with cancellations on the airport, advised us to re-book the flight, free of charge, online.
Tried to do this but the website was too busy, so they gave us the number from the only contact centre in the world that's open on a Sunday... in Italy!!
Not being extremely rich, I couldn't afford to phone Italy from my mobile OR a public payphone.
Ryanair advised to wait till the next morning (28 hours later!!) and try the UK call centre.
Eventually got a hold of RF who made the call for me
Spent 24 hours in the airport, after finally falling asleep some idiot warden woke us up to tell us we were in the handicapped zone. We were under a ledge that was maybe 3 feet high. I wonder how any handicapped person was supposed to get under there.
Anyway, finally made it home. I smell , I'm tired and extremely cranky and some e-bay idiot still han't sent out my item:angry:

Re: Aaarrgggllll!!
Some day you'll look back on this misadventure and laugh and laugh.
Except for the delayed eBay item, of course.
That will be a source of constant irritation till the day you die.

Re: Aaarrgggllll!!
Did you bring any rock back?
-
Re: Aaarrgggllll!!
received the e-bay item as well :D
No rock, I was in Bournemouth for a few days... couldn't afford the rock there

Re: Aaarrgggllll!!
The important thing you left out was what the eBay item was.

Do you have a habit of lateness, perchance?

Re: Aaarrgggllll!!
No.. a lady needs her choice of accesories though.
Especially with the winter coming up
I just woke up. I slept for about 8 hours and my boyfriend has disappeared
Guess he couldn't stand the look of 'Murder, she wrote' on the telly...
Can't really blame him though. I switch it on to fall asleep
