KAV 7 shows "update:disabled " !!!!

Hello guys
when I Try to update the Kaspersky AntiVirus 7.0.1.325 on my pc some strange msg appears that "update:disabled" like pic below

and even the update button in KAV main menu turned into Grey like this:

it's start like this after I remove some Damn "autorun" virus With RRT cause KAV 7 didn't catch it :dry:

I don't use kaspersky so not familiar with it but does it have a service for update?
Check start->run->services.msc and look for a kaspersky update service or something along those lines, and if it is stopped then start it.
Also check in start->run->msconfig to make sure nothing related to kaspersky has been unticked, then restart if something has been.

Other than that just try reinstalling. :/

I did what u say exactly and everything is alright
So... I'll try reinstalling :(

maybe the key is black listed.

I find the solution to this problem
download this utility http://www.imarah2.com/up/soft/combofix.htm to scan the pc
uninstall and reinstall the kaspersky
:happy::happy:

if the key was blacklisted, a message saying that would have popped out every time KAV is started
