so i want to install Win7 from my Sandisk Cruzer which has U3 software, now to do that i need to format my USB to NTFS and then copy Windows Instillation files on it, i was wondering can i restore U3 on my disk after i have finished with windows instillation? there is a restore file for U3 on USB, will that do the work? and must i format it back to FAT32?

it will backup and restore usb easily
You could also probably get the files back from the website. They love having random software on your flash drive, no reason to not have it available ;)
I had been used it. U3 software can get from sandisk webdite.
