Problem.. Ripped off
Hello!
Since I can't post to seedbox forum yet, I'm going to post it here.
I'm desperate..
I've ordered an seedbox from seedbox.fr, they promise a 2hr delivery within their operating hours.
Ok, it was around midnight when I ordered and the next day I waited all day for a welcome email from them.
I have posted on their support and received no reply.
It has been more than 3 days and no reply from them.
The most important thing is I was billed €9 successfully and I am still waiting.
Can anybody help in any way? :(

Report to them paypal, if you used that? Hope you did.

Yes, I used pay pal, although just for credir card payment, didn't have account with them.
I'm really angry, I had numerous account orders and they all were under few hours, not few days.

You can file a report. Am not sure how with the way you payed but look into it or mail them telling them you will report them to paypal.

I think you should wait it out. Most SB providers take longer than the advertised waiting time to create your account or install your dedi seedbox, etc.
I waited 2 days for mine, at first I thought I got scammed because support didn't answer. Dunno about seedbox.fr though...

Yeah, that was strange - no answer from the support.
I mean I work on tech support and we have a policy on customer answering - and that seemed strange.
They have answered me promptly, the seedbox will be ready tomorrow.

Answered you promptly when they took your $. they should give you a response to when it will be ready. Try them again. If they don't respond then report them.

That is right, and that is how it should be done.
I mean they have posted on their site how long does it take them to make your box ready and by now I should have 30 boxes setup by them :D
When I have told them I am going to report them to PayPal they answered under 5 mins.
