i need ahelp with ptn

i filled the application
and i be accpted

but when i enter the invite

write my nicky and pass and after finish sign up

they told me that update profile failed
i said no problem

but when i tried to enter with my name and pass
there was wrong

i sent for the info of the acc and i recieved it in my mail

but the user no answer
only the pass is present

i canot get the irc to get help also i canot get the acc

i need it very much and i hope to get ahelp

They're having issues with their mail server. Why not have some patience and wait things out?

I'd remove my e-mail address if I were you.

Im having the same problem. Got the invite but when I signed up I got an error saying my registration failed. When I did a password reset, I received a password but no username (duh haha). Seems like one cant get to their irc without logging in. I hope this gets fixed soon :).

join #ptn.support (Registration is not required for joining open chans)

so you dont know with what username you just sing up ?
