OK once and for all, I need someone to help me out here

Right, so, I once used to use NZB's here, using Grabit, but it was simple, don't quite know how it worked, I didn't need to pay or anything, I had a server, user and pass that was passed on to me, but it stopped working a while ago.. Am trying to get back into using newsgroups.

Thing is, I need a simple step by step guide on how to do it (guides here didn't help me too much).

Is there a free way of using newsgroups, or am I going to need to pay?
If there is a free way (that will give me the same speeds as BT), where do I start? What's this IPv6 thingy I've seen here and there..? How do I use it..?


Any help much appreciated :)

The login data changes every day and you won't get the same speeds and retention as with paid services, but the former are relatively good - got ~250kB/s myself.

No way. I would see 400K/sec for a few moments but that was rare. Most times it was between 250-350K on average. And really, it isnt that much for a paid subscription to max out your line.
