Can still get Broadband over the BT line :blink:
That's bloody terrible!
I guess it means you can't go with NTL but I reckon you'd be able to upgrade your current AOL account to ADSL broadband. It costs between 20 and 30 quid per month for their services.
Unless you live in a cave :ermm:
You can? :blink:
Well theres a saving grace.
Yeah, just give em a ring :D
AOL will give you the 512k connection at £19.99 if you hassle them for it, they just charged me £29.99 for the 1mb so I phoned em up and told em they gave me a special offer (which they did'nt) but I told them I could get a 6mb connection for that, so now I got a year on 1mb for £24.99 :01:
@lilmiss..... Do you have BB capability or have they left you in teh dark ages? :dry: Phone BT, shout at them and tell the woman she's a skanky slag :01:

If NTL can't do it, would AOL be able to?

BT = (A)DSL connection.
NTL = Cable connection.
Yeah they should be able to. It's all according if your local exchange has been upadated but since you live in civilisation rather than on a farm - it should be no probs.Quote:
