No, I take my gun out much and if I do, it's not loaded. In fact the ammo is in the trunk, gun in the car (in must be separated).

I'm not really into the whole crime rate thing, more the people being dead aspect. So feck if someone's car gets nicked, claim the insurance.
I'm really into gun control, don't let people have them just because they want them.
