I wouldn't exactly call Certificate IV a high certification, it is higher than what ever you have however. Cert I-IV then Diploma

Actually I'm still waiting for you to explain why your ISP is grabbing the content you're viewing, and what your ISP is going to do with their copy of that content once they have it... the rest of the pish you've posted I take apart once you've answered them.
