To me, his sig signifies nothing but his lack of imagination. I had put him in my sig for about a day but the joke wore pretty thin on me pretty quickly, which is why I removed it. I actually asked him to put me in his sig so he could demonstrate to the entire board his puerile homophobia disguised as 'internet slang'. Guess what. He fell for it like I knew he would.

He can keep me in his sig for as long as he likes. It does him more damage than it does me.

Agreed, I've no problem with him having it there. Like you say it just demonstrates what he is. Well in addition to the rudeness and aggression. He would actually be quite a catch for a gay man. Do you think it might be the latent thing, that would make a bit of sence.
