what would be the best file sharing program to use?

Bittorrent all the way along with utorrent i would say.Please stay away from kazaa i think it is to much trouble to deal with half the songs you download are messed up.

tried to register for blackcats games, never heard back. whats the secret to getting registered with a private tracker

no confirmation from black cats, does that mean they are not accepting new regs?

Have you checked your spam folder? I think that's where their confirmation email ended up for me. If you can't find it, I'd say try to register again.

I have to agree with the previous posts, downloading kazaa and limewire is like roulette, 50% chance you're downloading the file you want.
