Good idea.
Perhaps when my ISP gets up in times and gives me some more bandwidth I'll want to participate. Until then I am happy just giving what I can and expecting nothing in return.
How do some people get picked by Quality? I mean....the number of views/replies or you'll actually check every post for the 'Quality' you're looking for ? :P
I think they also check if people are helpful etc. on the forums. You don't have to go through all posts or all releases to check if people are doing a good job.
