Nightsky,you can upload the subtitle to a site which many chinese movies are translated to english cause they doesn´t have Twins Effect HERE
well I went to take a look at it and they have the subs for Twins Effect now...n thx for the link..... :P ......never notice that...

what codec do u use to watch this movie
i have k-lite codec pack 203
