Another alternative would be to download the "Laws of the Game" pdf file from the FIFA website, and get the good straight from the horses mouth so to speak.
FIFA - Fancy Institute of Football Actors (or something like that :P )
PS - it's actually Fédération Internationale de Football Association incase some people don't get a little bit of sarcasm.
