Pretimes aren't really important for non 0day/general trackers, if you're looking for the new stuffs with the fastest pretimes then SCC will do.

lol he is saying that because he is an uploader on BCG and releases things pretty damn fast :)

but it cant hurt to have fast pre times and content though can it?
