is ur ram secondhand or brand new? also, did u kill it with static by accident? u might also want o just stick it in to another comp. i had the same prob when i tried to change me ram, cuz my current ram is oced, and after i switched to new ram, i forgot to change the clock settings. and it won't boot. then i went back to old settings, and it was fine. btw, the new ram turned out they didn't work. so i returned back to the manufac.
