No, it's not bullshit.

I fried my last AMD processor, it melted onto the motherboard, rendering the the computer uselss. You should be very careful about how hot it is inside your pc, otherwise one day it's bound to go bang!

Enlighten me on this please. I'm Xp pro'.

Ever since XP came out I moved to it right away, haven't had a lockup in 2 weeks now.

i only shut mine down if im going to be gone for a few days. other than that i reboot about once a week.

and long dong i cant see anyone using the same computer for 10 years.
i get a new one about every 2 years.

also it doesnt hurt anything to leave it on 24/7 they are made to be left on for long periods of time.

98SE - BSOD every 2 weeks. XP Pro - BSOD once every 4-6 months. My experience. :) 500th post yes&#33;
