I reckon someone should go to prison for putting them in prison, if the photo(s) were as harmless as it sounds.

More then likely this is going to hang on him for life. There are always going to be people or instances that will think of this when dealing with him :(

There are films about this that are about much real life shit.

I have to agree, and what is particularly worrying is the number of other people that must have looked at the picture and considered the thing worth persuing.

If the picture is truly an innocent affectionate kiss on his baby's tummy, then I would be concerned about all the people who were able to consider such a picture potentially sexual. It is surely they who are the perverts, by perverting the rights and natural inclinations of a parent to show physical but non-sexual love for their child.
