The stream dropped at 21:46 GMT with no buffering (just incase it helps) Reloaded it and it came straight back on.

But I can see your point - Although like is said, the shows are meant to be what the DJs want them to be. And I feel like being dictatorial on my show :devil:;)

What a nice idea would be is as I said offer for all late listeners
all your broadcasts to be able to download as mp3s in format:

KLB Radio - Illuminati - [date of broadcast like: 04-10-2003.mp3

And record it with a tool like magicsofts ( www.magicsofts.com ) -
streamripper also would do it, but with streamripper you cannot
listen to your stream, ok it is your stream so you would hear it?
in 128kbps!!!! it is normal quality...

then share the files on your website and Kazaa!!!
with special keyword!!! and I am sure some people would download it...

I offer - when I am broadcasting the oddcast songrequester - and
changed the tmeplate to audioagalaxy style, cause I LOVE the audiogalaxy interface - this blue one :)

I think I suggested this before. Any chance of a pinned for when the next radio show is on.

It can even be a 1 post locked thread, just containing details of what's on. Mods can update it when the next broadcast is chosen.

With a link to open the radio obviously. I like the 1 click thing.

An IRC channel will also be set up on irc.p2pchat.net for the show as well as an email address for greetings - Details on how to contact them will be supplied on the show. Other than that, it&#39;ll be forum-style chatting v2 (from pointless text to pointless voices ) and mainly music from as many genres as I can get.

I think we should left it on the original room on p2pchat.net #kchat - former #klchat - cause if there would be more channels, some people would not know where to go: for me I have three things: this forum, the #kchat with some nice
guys and people inside, and kazaa obviously :)

that is good that your server could handle 1000 of users without problem, cause
there are many people in here :) the other thing is: you know some people who
have super fast servers? so you can stream through more locations...

and last the most important issue:
you need a schedule :) with information about times and when which
kazaa user with winamp shoutcast is broadcasting :) this would not be easy
probably, but managable? I think normally people who have some interesting
thoughts and would share them while being connected vie Shoutcast DSP
to your server, would estimately need halfe an hour up to one hour?

Ánd you could make a forum on your site? which is called all KLB related issues :)

I tried this broadcasting software cause many guys mentioned it should be good, but there are simpler more easier to manage plugins for winamp 2.9 like scheduler - just have a search on winamp.com :)

Sam2 is not bad, but for it cost to much time - and I just want to share my thoughts with other people :) but there are some sound effects there...

Yes, my server also went down after many people connected to my ip in
a short time? Probably my ISP, cause I am Dialup does not allow so many incoming connections for security reasons... That is why I now allow only 4 Users
max. to listen :) It is good that your server can handle 1000. :)

There is/was two reasons why I plan(ned) for the IRC to be on a seperate channel
1) The channel was designed for Illuminati Radio rather than K-Lite in general - While there was relations, Illuminati Radio doesn&#39;t have that much in common with K-Lite to warrant it to be put in there
2) There are usually over 100+ people in #KChat, many talking about random stuff here & there (I&#39;ve been there many times ;)) We could be talking there, but with multiple things going on at once and the immature kiddies the room seems to attract, we&#39;d all be taking asprin by the bottles by the end of it :x

Connection to an IRC channel ain&#39;t that bad - All you need to do is "/join #<ROOM>" With an auto-join, you can connect to the Illuminati Radio chatroom as soon as you come on (when I&#39;ve created the room first, of course ;))

So, does this radio belong to Illuminati or can anyone have a go??

I take it this is a taboo subject.

I&#39;ll ask again, is this open to anyone or as one person been selected to take over?

yes, what I thought of was if there would be for each k-lite radio station a seperate channel, there should be well organisaiton otherwise noone would find a channel in worst case, at the moment... I understand you :) what the name of the channel would be? #klb, #klb-radio, #klbradio ---&#62; but "kl" should be included or at least "k" cause main channel also has "kchat" and if you see "k" you think [b]ok&#33;[b], that is it&#33; I found it...

There are event slots and they will be filled with all people that want to broadcast :) Depending on the feedback on the boards (each show will have a new topic) everybody can decide if he / she want&#39;s that "DJ" again or not :)

I&#39;ll be setting up OddCast SongRequester as requested (pardon the pun) earlier in the topic, later this week. This will have my entire song collection (I could only have a bit of it on because I only knew about the show going on about one & half hours before start) and all will be available to download.

Also, I gotta say thanks to those in the SS room who gave me the feedback earlier. Got some good feedback (Quote of the day - "Your voice was great but the music was shit", Summerlinda ;)). Main thing was that there wasn&#39;t enough rock in it so for that wish will come true - I&#39;m on my way to download albums by Rob Zombie (Linda&#39;s choice) and Rage Against The Machine (My choice), so hopefully the full albums should be available to be requested for next week&#39;s show.
