But I agree, the site should actually go down to level 1 simply because you can buy you're way in. So because of this the tracker has no rarity at all. But they're overseeding rule(which I think is brilliant) should have no effect on it's "level".

retention is about a week, speeds aren't amazing, don't see why it should be a 9 (maybe 6-7?)

could be level 4, but if you know the right people invites are easy to obtain
