pedro needs to be level 3 max due very lame joining policy, not to mention oversseding rules

gft should be at least level 6 and 9 for content, only tracker which upload every single scene release

P's is already level 3. Was it a higher level than 3 when you posted this?

But I agree, the site should actually go down to level 1 simply because you can buy you're way in. So because of this the tracker has no rarity at all. But they're overseeding rule(which I think is brilliant) should have no effect on it's "level".
