Overclocking is for advanced users. You should know what you are doing before attempting any overclocking of any kind. Even then it's at your own risk. Given what I have seen on this thread so far, I don't think you are an "advanced" user. I hope you learn your lesson and don't attempt overclocking again.

You can solve this quite simply by changing the jumper settings to reset the bios.
Try and find a manual for your mobo on the net but on mine the jumper is played next to the agp slot and to reset the bios change it from 1&2 connected to 3&4 (or similar, move the jumper from one end of the "pins" to the other".
does this make sense?

Duties are not performed for duty's sake, but because their neglect would make the man uncomfortable. A man performs but one duty - the duty of contenting his spirit, the duty of making himself agreeable to himself.

LET ME TELL YOU WHAT YOU CAN DO:
1.)Go to the nearest college and take the "Computer Technician" Course (that would take you about 2 or 3 years.
2.)Keep asking.
3.)Take your pc to the nearest Technical Center.
4.)Get a new pc.www.compaq.com, www.dell.com
5.)Overclocking is a little to complicated, next time pay attention to "don't try this at home"
