if this is the case, private trackers wont be a big help for you. as it was pointed out, you should try to encrypt your data (traffic shaping is its name i think), so that your ISP cant track your downloads.

about usenet: there is a section about it in this forum, have a look at it.

Most of the times, it's the people from US, UK and Canada who get busted. I know a guy in Indonesia who escaped even after being notified by some agency.
