Best way to download music?

Well hopefully I'll eventually come across a dedicated lossless RS/MU site, as I haven't yet. But even if I did, that forum would have to be heavily moderated so improper rips or rips without logs wouldn't get in, for me to totally stop using a site like Pedro's.

I beg to differ, I have never found one torrent site, private or public that had what I was looking for, and I've used What.cd and Waffles, and they both sucked...

So far SoulSeek has been the best app I've used for finding tunes, and also no need to sit around running my box 24/7 to seed, wasting my time and electricity.

Yep use what works, there is no BEST way, many ways are good.

But I will say for me, torrents have never been good for any of the music I wanted...

Hey DasFox and ostracizado, do you guys use the FileSharingTalk.com chatroom in Soulseek because I haven't been able to locate it. When I do create it, I always seem to be the only person there. Is this how it usually is?

I didn't know they had one, personally I just download and move on, but I'll check it out...

P.S. I just looked, I don't see anything called, 'FileSharing Talk'

Then that sounds really nice. This is what I've been looking for. Kind of like an RS forum equivalent of Pedro's. I'll have to keep my eyes open for them.

add that most of these forums are russian ;)

Soulseek is a little bit more complicated than limewire but it's better imo and it has rarer stuff
