That's right! All those entries are totally safe. You can even google them to learn more about what each of them do.

Open notepad, copy/paste then save as a .reg file (probably to the desktop).

Double click, it should ask you if you want to merge the data, and you say yes and reboot.

i had to move my hdd to another comp after disabling indexing in order to recover the lost data thru the other comp&#39;s disk check. then i booted off my HDD and reenabled indexing. i think its only an issue on HDDS greater that 137 which were using indexing and then were disabled lol. anyhow thi is from personal experience.

just be safe.



what u can do is disable it temporarily (for the benchmark) and reenable it before shitting down.

Always off.

I tried all that and it didn&#39;t raise my scores all that much, maybe 100-150 points tops
when i the best time to bench your comp? I always restart mine, and then once it is fully booted, wait 5 mins and run the bench, is that the best time?
I figure if you run the test after your comp&#39;s been on a while, you&#39;ll most likly have a few unwanted processes running and stuff like that

press alt-ctrl-del and you can just close any un-needed processes. also close ur virus scanner and firewall and other programs which arent needed for the computer to run the benchmark.
