As of right now, 1.5mbps is just fine compared to 56K. I'm just glad its only $20 a month, because I plan on buying a new PC this week also.
I was looking at their FAQ, and it said that their self-installation kit does infact come with a NIC. When it arrives, should I install and use their NIC, or the ethernet port my mobo already has? I just don't want the extra work, will it make any difference? :unsure:
I use the ethernet port on my computer.It saves the hassle of installing drivers for the USB connection. :01:
I have the SBC Yahoo Dsl 1.5 also, I didn't use their NIC and have had absolutly no problems.Quote:

Yeah, I went from 56->3mbps->4mbps , the 3mbps to 4mbps was a free upgrade from my isp :)
