FTN Invites For Christmas

theres actually been quite a few given away by brandon and celtic outside of this thread and nice members of FTN but they mostly do it in private. then there was the thread where brandon said goodbye to us all and like the first 8 pages of responses were all so nice he offered invites to anyone who said anything in that thread before his post saying that.

bottom line is that there are a shitload out there even if the FTN admins werent active on this site so trading for an invite or account(ewwww) isnt needed at all.

Most of the people who said nice things(in time) in his giveaway thread already had FTN.
Really, I think only a handful of FTN invites have actually been given out recently. That's for the best though, FTN has gotten where it is by being selective with their invites. Just because somebody has a bunch of posts at FST doesn't mean they're entitled to or even deserve a FTN invite.

I like Brandon's generosity, but is having a static IP and a good post count enough of a requirement to get an invite. Though, FTN still has a very small userbase so I guess all these giveaways haven't opened up the floodgates too much.

Anyways, I've given out 11 so far. Took me about 6 hours throughout today to go through everyone's profile history. Didn't realize it would be this time intensive.

does FTN require any specific countries IP range (other than that static IP brandon says) ?

if there is still any left invite , I like to request for it .
