I was being sarcatsick, the writers on Family Guy are pretty average imo their only nod to genius (in any sense of the word) is that they figured out how to stretch a three-joke show for four seasons. My Kevin Smith reference at the end should have tipped y'all off to that. :snooty:

Sealab 2021 does those type of jokes much better. In fact, with all this celebration of the mediocrity of Seth MacFarlane I had forgotten about the truly great cartoons:
