Need For Speed Underground 2

Can anybody explain how this battlelan works. Ive never heard of it? Also what kind of game modes can you play online?

if u wanna race add me at [email protected] on msn and ill explain it and send the program.

for thoes who dont want get to races by exploring, just jump to garage and goto world map from there browse the lefted races.
