There was a small snafu yesterday, but the backup was restored, there may have been a small number of accounts that where lost, but just ask your inviter to reinvite you.
as far as what is uploaded already (or not), or the number of seeders.. well the site is not really release for prime time yet! they are taking it slow and getting all the bugs worked out.
