They had crippled my internet speed and vps speed due to uploads lots of data. Had them reconfigure the vps and reset the internet speeds all fine now!

do NOT! go 4 hosting ie, all you'll get is shit speed and utorrent keeps on freezeing, and their customer service is totally shit 2. 4 them 2 reply back takes 2 to 3 ur more days to get back in touch with u.

Yes, it took less than 24 hours to create a dedicated server with Leaseweb :)
After several days of using Leaseweb I encountered the next problem:
I am using Windows 2003 Server. In order to upload several files to the server I created FTP server in IIS. Everything goes ok except for upload speed. It seems there is a restriction on upload speed but I don`t know where. Upload speed is roughly 75-78 kb.
I tried to upload the same files on the other server and got higher speed, almost 170 kb.
Do you have any ideas about this issue?
