lol oook...it says scrap or pull the strip off...then use something to get all of the rest of the pad off...what should I use to get the residue off that is left on there??

What does the ratio mean exactly? And if I have the RAM running at 333Mhz and the CPU running at 333Mhz then would I just have it 1:1?
