I am sorry but I do not accept that 8 divided by 60 = 9 to 1. :dry:
Population of Scotland = 5 million
Population of Wales = 3 million
Lets ignore the fact that there may be one or two more Scots and Taffs in England than there are Engerlanders in the Celtic homelands :shifty:
