What.cd disabled me for no reason

I never had 1 hit&run anywhere,
Never cheated anywhere,
Always i respected every community

I have over 2 years my account on whatcd;
with about 61GB upload 29Gb download

it's pretty hard to do a buffer so i downloaded mostly on freelech torrents/ freeleech events

and today i was going to download some stuff being freeleech also to have a nice buffer, i don't mind seeding for weeks non-stop

i think i downloaded (not all completed) about 130 lossless albums; more interested in good quality now :P

i lost a external hdd so i have to redownload all lost music....

Crap already past 12 midnight so the upload amount for yesterday got reset... anyway over 10 000 hours with utorrent, program started 166 times at max.; but that are my stats

I even have the irc log; because i don't believe this i still think is an april's fools or something;

They gived me no chance to explain, totally ignored me...
So i ask an whatcd mod, admin plese can you look into, see that i seed, i have everything in order... if need ask me anything on PM or something

I done nothing to deserve this treatment; today i reached ~66,3 Gb upload after two years there, (some torrents uploaded in the past deleted for inactivity) and 1 uploaded recently which is still active and seeding .


i seed 24/7 if my internet connection doesn't drop

He says you offered screen shots etc, but thats not in the convo, so there was obviously discussion above what you pasted. I was asking where that was? Maybe theres insite there? You are showing 1/2 of your IRC convo, for all we know, he told you why just above that.

so i lost my hdd got another, with this freeleech oportunity was my chance to get some albums back

my utorrent works non-stop, where is the justice if i get disabled for seeding/leeching and keeping so many torrents alive....

i don't find this fair, didn't happen to me to get disabled, only for inactivity i left those accounts to get disabled/deleted because i didn't use them anymore,
but never like this... i'm feeling like i should get a lawyer so he can talk to them :( also i feel disappointed if i was contacted on PM, asked, i only have 1 post there, maybe 2-3 thank you comments, never insulted anyone...

I don't see leeching in one day 130+ torrents as a crime (i explained here i lost my old external hdd), i have a 2 years account; if they don't like being leeched could easily pun a slot limit for downloads...

Pming him won't help, I would go to the disabled channel and tell them to come here, but I'm like 5x ip banned lol. They will show up here, trust me.

They are under the assumption that they never make a mistake when someone is disabled, so it is highly likely you won't get your account re enabled.

Not that you can PM sickofjesus here anyway, his account hasn't reached full privileges.

i changed ISPs before in 2 years dunno maybe 3-4 times, i work in another town for summer i go home it depends,
that was never a problem anywhere, I only login ONLY from my laptop same ports, same OS, same browser, never shared accounts, same torrents are seeding for months or weeks;

that is not a reason to disable, i only want that big lossless community whatcd is big so finding rare stuffs there i like is nice,... i share back, there is no problem for me

but that's all i managed on what in 2 years and 1 moth....
61 GB and today +5GB with a total of 195 torrents seeding/leeching
on utorrent: Downloading is left 43 from whatcd to download... some partial downloaded... some on standby

Have you recently used a different ip address is what I mean.

Trust me I believe you did nothing wrong, they may have just linked your account with someone elses. (that's how they screwed me)

No, only my isp with a slow bad router; now no more router so it wont disconnect me;
i have this isp from january "RDS", (2010 till now) dynanic ip
- from September to January i had "pronetit.ro" (2009) fixed ip
- before that my own home ISP for the hole summer (that was reall slow speed :( 2009 summer) was fixed ip...
-and before last summer was RDS, from last year's january to summer i think july (2009) also dynamic ip
- 2008 - i had also rds but another location may 2008 till december 2008) dynamic ofcourse

Thank you all for your support, i don't think you can ban people for having dynamic ip's it's just too much of a gable if one gets a blacklisted ip he is done for...

They didn't ban you for having a dynamic ip. They will probably try saying you got kicked for ratio watch, trading, or cheating.

they took my invites last year, never they said who of my invitees what they done...

can't punish me twice let alone by disable (they took the invites once) how will i bring others? anyway i don't invite no one it's safer i think, and no much posts even here on FST, no trading stars nothing like that :))

usually those who invited me on some trackers got disabled, but i'm there taking the test of time
and i wasn't disabled even if my inviter got disabled or something

66Gb upload /29Gb download.. in 2 years... seeding for months; ratio 2+ i think... it's not much... but i tried to build a buffer by seeding lucky i found some free torrents that helped a bit, maybe someone will grab what i have... thou seedboxes kill anything

But why ban without explanation? Did you use some kind of scripts for cheating? Maybe they have scripts for detecting cheating, or that script is wrong or you really cheat.

for me is not hard to prove my seeding, my times, my buffer; all explained in screenshots

If that is the case, then chances are that because you have a dynamic IP, your IP address was changed and maybe you were given the IP address of another trader/cheater, so they assumed that you were that same person with a duplicate account.

It's a wild guess, but it can happen to anyone.

obviously you did somthing bad 2.0 is banned but i dont think they would have been stuck up like that unless you cheated or somthing, perhaps someone else had access to your axx

@ OP - Do you have a younger brother that may have logged into your account and cheated your ratio just to help you out. Lmao!!!

Most probably you might have been banned for being at a tree, somewhere downstream from an invite seller. It has happened somewhat often lately.

i was downloading with ~3MB/s the big pack (Bach), some have good internet speeds, i think i uploaded at that pack about 2GB at about 150kbps and then they disabled my account

from the utorrent statistics you can clearly see i don't use uTP connections only TCP

i've seen the howto here on FST about disabling uTP connections the users talked about it (but i wasn't given no chance to explain, i was nothing asked on irc...)

all i managed was 66 GB upload in 2 years!!!, really low buffer, so i thought seeding for months 200 torrents or more will really help

probably because i didn't took mainstream albums, or stuff that is known by many

screenshots don't really prove anything. the tracker has the http logs and can see all of the announces your client has made to the tracker. perhaps these showed an abnormality.

it could also have nothing to do with your torrenting activity on the site. personally, I think you were caught cheating. like mn mentioned, why are you so quick to post screenshots, etc...?

this should be an interesting one to read if the what staff decide to give their side of the story.

anyway what i'm trying to prove is Utorrent was last started on 15 march 2010 since then works non-stop, never stopped this client; i changed the router so i login through pppoe so i got another IP but utorrent was still running and it is now

Not every cheat uploads 2PB in a day, just the idiots. The screenshots don't really prove much... also, why is there a bar in the IRC log mid conversation with mn, and how come unlike the other logs you can't see the rest of the window? Just out of curiosity, maybe it's an mIRC thing. None of us can see your stats anyway to verify that since handily you had paranoia 5 turned on.

after waiting some time i put timestamp ON (irc option), so i'll know at what time i was asked/my turn, i left to buy me some chocolate and stuff from a local store
So 30-40 minutes i was away... (if i wasn't leaving i would have no reason to turn timestamp On... - so was just luck)

Paranoia won't protect you for that matter. It'll only hide some details (stats, current activity, snatches, etc.) from non-staff members.

Take a screenshot of your computer's entire screen with the µTorrent window open.
