I suppose TL. Around 200.000 members.
After sorting both of their torrent lists by the amount of seeders, it appears IPT is the winner.
though tl is faster both at speed and pre's,but the retention at both are equally good,a tad better at tl i feel,both brilliant tracker,i love them :D

IPT has more torrents, TL has more peers per torrent...
Yea, but no stats on which one is bigger.
