In my experience, which isn't extensive, I've found Asperger's kids to be manageable in one area. That area being whatever the fuck they happen to be into at the time. I never got a "degree" for psychological analysis, and have no idea where you came to the conclusion as such, nor did I ever "bully" Oleg.
