it's a bug in sygate, had you gone to the sygate forum and asked, they would have told you, but obviously u didn't

This happened to me once, un-installed Sygate, re-installed Sygate, problem solved. :)

That's weird... re-installing used to fix it right up.
same thing happens to me once a while but the firewall does not shut off luckily
all i do is open it , click hide system tray , close it , open it again click show sys tray and it shows up again :P

funny thing though is explorer never crashes it just turns off after 5 days straight or so
Explorer used to crash all the time on me too, but not lately. It hasen't crashed in like 2 months. Weird, huh? :blink:
