Try encoding a movie using tmpgenc and see if its still stable. I had probs with my 2000+ when i OCed it and used movie encoding.
EDIT: Advice aimed at jswjimmy - Nothing to do with graphics

Ahh, I have a 16MB PCI card from there.
BUt good for you on the Overclock. Also, run Foldign@Home, its very senstive to shaky overclocks.

whoops sorry, i meant a couple hundreds....i know that when you have like a p2, a couple mhz seems a lot, but when you go from 1500mhz to 1800mhz, that doesnt seem to speeds up anything like daily stuff.
was the pics of you needed?    j/k
o yah im still on the stock vcore 1.55v all i need to hit 2000 mhz is a new mobo. for got about that
heh, im runing a P3 450Mhz. did see a pretty good boost in games, like wc3 :)
with my xp1800 yes(maby 5 or 6 fps more in some games). but i oced my p2 350 mhz to 415 mhz and i dident see much diffrence. you would be better off ocing your video cardQuote:

Oh the same cpu as mine :o
Good job B)
that is cause when your starting speed is 450mhz, 100mhz would be about 25% increase.Quote:
