Too Happy?

I keep getting told I'm too cheerful :blink:

I get told online and at work :blink:

How can anyone be too cheerful? Would'nt you much rather see someone whos says "Good Morning how are you, is'nt it a wonderful day" than someone who just grunts at you? :unsure:

Today I've been called

A cheerful shit
Happy harry
Laughing boy

People have askked me if I'm on drugs
Can they have some of what I'm on etc etc

All this for nothing more than a happy face, a nice big smile and a warm welcome :)

there is a fine line between cheerful and annoyance, i&#39;m not suggesting that being constantly happy is a bad thing, perhaps people envy your happiness, or perhaps your cheerfulness reminds them that they are not cheerful - hence them enquiring what medication you are taking - are you taking medication?

Or perhap you do it to piss people off all the time your actually a complete edit: bastard *shock* *horror*.

I put on a front at times to appear cheerful, if I can do it, why can&#39;t others?

I always lived by the rule to make at least one person smile every day, no matter how I feel, and so far I&#39;ve succeeded :) Being miserable can be done at home or in private, in public I think everyone should strive to appear cheerful :)

@Ben..........Yup, I&#39;m a complete bastard, I make people smile and laugh cos I know it will annoy them :rolleyes:

So conclusion being that I should be miserable and join the rest of the miserable people who just float thru life day by day.

I work in an internet cafe 2 hours a day 5 days a week

No not at all, I don&#39;t really care what you earn, it&#39;s probably more than me, but I like my job and am happy, this time last year I was earning £500 + per week, but was&#39;nt happy, used to dread work, now I look forward to it :) but the money is a lot less :) But I&#39;m happy :)

Money is certainly very low on my list of priorities :)
