Sleeping With The Window Open

If it’s really hot, do you sleep with the window open? Do you fear bugs or people getting in? :unsure:

I always sleep with the window open I need that fresh air else I feel like i'm gonna suffocate

Even if its cold,

I wouldn't worry about that, the average mattress has 5 spiders nests in it anyway.

I sleep with my windows open whatever the season is...
For bugs: insect repellent near at hand
For intruders: people repellent (a.k.a baseball bat) near at hand ;)

gotta be naked in summer, but in winter it has to be fluffy pyjamas and a hot water bottle (window still open though)

window open, more so when its hot. I made a insect screen from a curtain and mounted it to the window. Its got holes to allow the air through.
i worry about someone sneaking in or rather the window cleaners looking through. More for the cleaners, as we have a gates keeping people out so im pretty confident.

Doesn’t anyone here have air conditioning? :blink:

I would, but I don&#39;t currently have a window in my room - it&#39;s like a bloody prison.

Next week I shall have lots of windows again, and unless it is pouring rain, they shall be open&#33;&#33; :D

I take it you live in warmer climes Hank.

In Scotland AC might be considered a somewhat pointless accessory. I do have central heating which I make ample use of - although today was actually quite nice, I think it hit about 68F at one point.

Doesn&#39;t leaving your window open encorage alien abduction?

i sleep with it open. the traffic starts getting heavy about 7am so its a perfect alarm clock
