I can't remember exactly...I have it in my mind that it's a global conspiracy of wealthy upper-class "intellectuals" that have manipulated nations in an attempt to control the world. They're like behind every major decision that affects the globe (leaders of certain nations, wars, the economy, etc)
He made it sound like they're bad, but it's been awhile (junior yr of HS)
