Someone was looking into my account last night on IRC and said I had hit and runs then I was booted out. I was seeding back when my account was disabled!! If they checked they would see that they were recent downloads.
I also got my account disabled and I was downloading and uploading at the time, and had a ratio of 1.35 with no hits and runs.
What's the best way to reenable my account?
How do I join the irc chanel?
It's been a long time since I haven't used any irc client, so any help would be nice.

Everyone had been enabled for 1 WEEK, you have to generate your keyword in that period of time or else you get deleted, not disabled!
To generate your keyword, go login, and then click on your name in the top to go to your user details page, and there is a red link that says Generate My Key Word, it's impossible to miss. This is the last chance for everyone!
Sorry for the annoying bold guys, we just don't want this ever happening again...

one week from now you will still have tons of people coming on complaining about how they were given no notice and want their accounts back... asking how they can get into the IRC etc etc etc
i really thought BCG was gonna stand their ground and hold firm but you guys have appeared to bend to the noobs....
so after 1 week they will just come to IRC to get re-enabled?? probably.

Unfortunately Raban is correct. You just know in a week another thread like this one is going to be created. But this does go to show how nice the BC staff can be.

Nope, in one week the ones who didn't generate a keyword will be deleted from the database, not disabled, and there's zero hope for anyone deleted...
