If you want to be a good seeder on Freshon TV try this:
Download a couple of freeleches and seed it over 1:1 or 24h at least.
I advise you that you download some season packs or even complete shows.
I have a couple of them seeding for about 2 months and have ratio
around 2 on each of them. The main upload I'm getting is from these torrents
