LVL 9 tracker is rares tracker. At lvl 2 you can find it easy.

A long time ago in a galaxy far,far away some genius thought that it would be a good idea to assign what are basically arbitrary numerical level values to private bt tracker sites.This was so that people could better trade because clearly simply asking for something you want and giving someone else what he/she wants in return is a silly idea. Therefore it came to pass that a shitty level 7 or 8 that contains nothing of interest to you is obviously of more intrinsic "value" than a great level 1 or 2 that you would use all the time.

Since that glorious time of enlightenment( AI - after idiot) certain individuals have made it their apparent raison 'd'etre to "obtain these clearly ~~impotent~~ important sites by hook or more often crook.At the same time others of an even more dubious character have seen it in the best spirit of capitalism as a license to print money.
So now at this "high level sites" there exists a population (staff and member alike) consisting almost entirely of types that one way or another put way too much of a premium on having a membership there.
