You should particularly look at #Streaming_bandwidth_and_storage. You're uploading a file to a server which your ISP is grabbing from.
edit: It's like trying to say that FXP'ing is streaming.
Go on I'll explore this with you, if for no other reason than it should prove entertaining...
Why is your ISP grabbing it from a server? What does your ISP intend to do with it? Do you really believe that your ISP is involved in an IP transaction between you and a server somewhere else on the internet, in some form other than packet routing?

I moved it, mostly because is question was so vague that it lead me to think he was referring to common filesharing methods. It certainly has more to do with the filesharing section that the lounge.
He could have asked politely to move it some place more appropriate for his specific needs, but no, this human being with no social skills whatsoever decided to act like an ass.

Yeah it's my sisters birthday today so I'm back at home while jailbait kids are running around. Sat through 6hrs of Twilight so kinda a little sick ayy. Apart from that it's been a pretty good day lol.
