    What is a donator? Is it actually a word? I thought someone who donated was a 'donor'.

    Schmaltzy film helmed by a competent director and a script that apes Tolstoy? TNT used to play the damn thing at least 5 or 6 times a week. If the film had followed the short story's beat (wherein he'd actually killed those people iirc) you'd see it less fondly remembered.
