    On the plus side, it looks like the hosepipe ban I've had for nearly 2 years is about to be lifted

    Do you actually take any notice of hosepipe bans

    I've never known anyone to get fined for using one during a ban.

    Well, I sort of used it as an excuse for not washing the cars

    However, my patio desperately needs jet-washing, so I'm going to do it this weekend, regardless of ban.

    We're on a meter anyway, so I don't think bans should apply to me, because I pay for what I use, like.
