Point is that if someguy started a thread offering SCT for FTN the deal would be made in a few minutes. In the case of FTN for SCT the trade could take some time or not happen at all.

Yup, ScT is far better than FTN...just try finding a file older that 3 weeks on FTN; you can't, its long dead.
