Mess with the colour levels and contrast and any other such controls. Before pasting it on, obviousment.
Who's the lucky sheila.

just some ho i work with, her and her mates asked me to do it but wouldn't say why :/
That's about the best I can do. As Ben says, just keep tweaking hue/sat and contrast/brightness until you're happy. Also a slight amount of transparency lets some of the original colour sneak back in
The face is so pale though it's pretty hard. And don't forget the model will have been 'shopped in the first place to give her the perfect skin

how get the skin tone to match? firstly im using corel paintshop.
start again with both pictures, cut out the face of the girl who you know, paste the new face over the full size picture as a new selection.
slowly using the eraser brush set on high opacity remove small amounts of colour from the new face (you're trying to put onto the large full size picture). this lets the colour gradually show through, then you can use the blur brush to blend the new and old skin tones together. trial and error. some other tricks also like drawing onto the picture at the end with black and white.
the saturation is fucked, needs a couple of ours work really. i can do it for you, first i would need the original photo of both wimmin tho' to start from scratch.
heres my quick version, i never changed the crotch area, red knickers maybe?
