i actually have a new seedbox from them and its working fantastic so i dont know
I use the most basic package at seedhost.eu (kimsufi) with windows 2003, and I've never had to reboot it for "high upload."
they didn't built Rome in one day
Integral sometimes when I start a torrent upload speed will be negligible for several minutes before getting up to usual levels.Either that or on larger packs it has a habit of dropping down from 10Mps to 1Mps after running for an extended period.
Other times it's fine.
I think you know my package 2Gb Ram.I should be fine.
The only thing I can think of is a caching problem.
I do have problems sometimes with big packs.
Since my srv have only 1GB of ram im getting an error some times, i think it is:
" Too many open files"
Think i need to upgrade to 2GB RAM.
agreed..
im running win serv 2003 on seedhost.eu, and no *MAJOR* problems here..
however i have yet to get a torrent that i upload at more then 1.5megs/s....
maybe someone has a suggestion ?
(trackers = TL, and ScT etc..., and with 10 torrents seeding..all at below 300Kb/s)
download however is not a problem, usually hitting a constant 10megs a sec...
riparide;
ram is not the problem.
in a debian system, open an Xterm and type:
sudo nano /etc/security/limits.confenter your password, then add the line (at the end!):
<add your username here> hard nofile 8192
finally, log out! then back in.
you wont get the error again.

Have you tried limiting your download speed?
Something in the area of 8Mps will still make you one of the faster downloaders and you should notice an improvement in your upload.
